How can I check if a trigger has been send to the connector?

To check if the trigger has been send to a external platform, go to the 360° Profiles module and find the profile that has reached the email trigger in the journey. Click on Activity, there you will find the automation.

In this example you see that a trigger has been send to Spotler Mail+. Probably to send an email, as a part of a journey.

In this overview you will see the following:

  • Created at: the time when the trigger was created
  • Contact id: the ID of the profile in question
  • Campagin/Journey ID: the ID of the specific journey
  • Buffer endtime: the time when the trigger was sent
  • Handled: whether the trigger has been handled in Spotler Activate
  • Sent: whether the trigger has been sent to the channel
  • Channel: the channel that has been triggered
