Why was my mail in the journey not sent?

If profiles go to the Remainder path and the email does not get sent, you can investigate the problem as follows:

  1. Click on the Remainder node where all profiles go:

  2. Click on "Show users in node"

  3. Choose a contact from the list

  4. Go to Activity on the 360profile
  5. Open the Trigger of the journey:

  6. Hold your mouse over the question mark icon:

  7. The popup then gives more info about the error. Is the error not clear enough? Share this error with our support staff to get more clarity.
