If profiles go to the Remainder path and the email does not get sent, you can investigate the problem as follows:
- Click on the Remainder node where all profiles go:
- Click on "Show users in node"

Choose a contact from the list
- Go to Activity on the 360profile
- Open the Trigger of the journey:
- Hold your mouse over the question mark icon:
- The popup then gives more info about the error. Is the error not clear enough? Share this error with our support staff to get more clarity.
