Are you soon starting with Spotler Activate? Or in need of a refresh? For anyone wanting to learn the basics of Spotler Activate, we offer a product training. In this training, you will learn to independently and successfully create product sets and personalizations.

You will be taught by Spotler professionals
Our trainers work with Spotler Activate on a daily basis. They are happy to help you become successful with the software. Chances are you’ve already spoken to them or will speak to them after the training!

You follow the training online

You will meet the trainer and other participants in an online Microsoft Teams meeting. During this training, you independently work in your own account using training materials. This is alternated with classroom parts in which the trainer provides demo's and explanations, tests your knowledge and answers questions.

Before the training, you will receive the training materials and a link to the online environment.

What does a training look like?

You will learn the basics of Spotler Activate, while working on several assignments within your own account.

Level up your CDP knowledge

The trainer welcomes you to the Customer Data Platform world. You will become familiar with common CDP terms and ideas, such as event-based, first party cookies, product split and data layer.

Dive into Spotler Activate

The trainer gives you a live demo in the following modules: 360º profiles, audiences, products, personalizations and journeys. You test this knowledge by means of assignments in your own account. Additional advantage: after the training you have a product set, personalization and journey to publish.

Tips & tricks

The last bit of ‘Activate self-confidence’ comes from our tips & tricks. What mistakes have others made? What is the most convenient way to test a personalization? What do you take into account in advance to get the right conversion afterwards?

Practical

Dates & times

The training starts at 13:00 CET/CEST and ends around 17:00. You can find the available dates on the register form.

Language

The Spotler Activate product training is given in English by default, unless every participant speaks and understands the Dutch language.

Location

The training is online using Microsoft Teams. A link to the online environment will be sent to you a week in advance.

Who is the product training meant for?

This training is for the beginning users. The goal is that you successfully create product sets and personalizations in Spotler Activate.

Sign up for the product training

Secure your spot quickly, because each product training has limited space. You can change your training date for free up to three days prior to training.

Terms

Costs

The cost per participant is €180, excluding VAT. Payment is made afterwards: we will send an invoice to the company where you work. If you work with PO numbers/purchase order numbers, make sure that these are filled in correctly in the registration form above. We cannot make any changes afterwards and otherwise we cannot process the registration. Therefore, check this carefully for yourself, if this applies to your organization.

Discount code
For some participants, the costs are already covered in, for example, the onboarding of a new account. These participants have a discount code that can be entered in the registration form. No invoice will be sent afterwards.

Free changes or cancellations up to 3 working days before the training

You can cancel up to 3 working days before the course for free. After that, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. This also applies to participants with a discount code.

The training goes ahead with a minimum of 4 participants

We cancel the training if there are fewer than 4 participants. You will hear this 1 to 2 days before the training and will be offered an alternative date immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

My account is not set up yet, can I still follow the training?

No, it is important to have an own account with at least events and products.

I cannot follow the entire training; can I leave halfway through?

The training program is fully scheduled from 13:00 to 17:00. Sometimes we finish a bit earlier if the group has no more questions. Preferably, you are there the whole afternoon. But if it really (really, really) can’t be helped: make sure you discuss this with the trainer.

Can I follow the online training without a camera and microphone?

Yes, you can. It’s nice if we can see you, but not a must. A microphone can be handy if you want to ask your question live to the trainer.

Is this training also possible in-company?

I am looking for more depth than the basics of Spotler Activate, is this training suitable for me?
