The Email Activities Liveboard provides powerful, real-time insights into your email campaign performance. It combines detailed engagement metrics with conversion data, all within an interactive dashboard environment.

Where to find the Email Activities Liveboard

You can access the Email Activities Liveboard from the Dashboard module, under the Email Activities Liveboard tab. This tab is only visible if your account includes Analytics access.

Liveboard overview

The Email Activities Liveboard is an interactive, prebuilt dashboard that combines email campaign and purchase performance data. It provides key metrics such as sends, opens, clicks, bounces, subscribes, and unsubscribes, all updated in real time.

This dashboard is not editable, but it is highly interactive. You can filter results by date range, brand, country, or other dimensions, and drill down into specific data points. It removes the need for manual reporting and gives a quick, clear view of performance.

Widgets overview

The Liveboard includes several widgets that help you track engagement metrics and contact activity over time:

  • Daily Emails Sent: Number of emails sent each day.
  • Daily Emails Opened: Number of times emails were opened each day.
  • Daily Link Clicks: Number of clicks on email links per day.
  • Daily Bounced Emails: Number of undeliverable emails per day.
  • Daily Open Rate: Ratio of opens to sends per day (Opens / Sends).
  • Daily Click-to-Open Rate (CTOR): Ratio of clicks to opens (Clicks / Opens).
  • Daily Click-Through Rate (CTR): Ratio of clicks to sends (Clicks / Sends).
  • Daily Bounce Rate: Percentage of sent emails that bounced.
  • Campaign Performance Overview: Table view of email campaign performance, including open rate, CTR, and bounce rate.
  • Unique Recipients: Total number of unique contacts reached in the selected time frame.
  • Weekly Subscribes vs. Unsubscribes: Weekly comparison of new subscribers versus unsubscribes.
  • Unsubscribe to Send Rate: Percentage of unsubscribes relative to total sends.
  • New Daily Subscribers: Number of new email subscribers per day.

Purchases tab

The Purchases tab within the Liveboard highlights the impact of email campaigns on conversion and revenue. It includes the following widgets:

  • Daily Purchase Revenue: Total daily revenue from attributed purchases.
  • Daily Purchase Conversions: Number of attributed conversions per day.
  • Daily Purchase-to-Open Rate: Ratio of purchases to email opens.
  • Daily Purchase-to-Click Rate: Ratio of purchases to email link clicks.

Heads up

The Top Campaigns by Purchases (from Opens) and Top Campaigns by Purchases (from Clicks) widgets use the Conversion Time filter at the top of the dashboard. All other widgets on the Purchases tab use the main Date filter.

  • Top Campaigns by Purchases (from Opens): Ranks campaigns by number of purchases following an open. Includes conversion count and revenue.
  • Top Campaigns by Purchases (from Clicks): Ranks campaigns by number of purchases following a click. Includes conversion count and revenue.
