With the dashboard you monitor the results of your effort.
In the Dashboard you will see results of:
- Customers
- Attributed Conversions
- Lifecycles
- Top performing Personalizations
- Top performing Journeys
- Meta Conversions API
- Push notifications (subscribers, messages delivered and messaging statistics)
Customers
In this chart you see:
- Matched visitors: A matched profile is one where an email is known AND it has website behavior attached to it.
- Unmatched visitors: All the rest are unmatched profiles.
Attributed Conversions
In this graph you can see how many conversions were made in a day, and how many of them were attributed to a personalization or journey with the following attribution window:
Attribution windows:
- Journey conversions: 28 days
- Personalization conversions: 1 day view, 7 day click/close events
Note: If a conversion can be attributed to both a journey and a person, it is deduplicated to ensure that the total number of attributions never exceeds the actual number of conversions.
Lifecycles
Here you can see the number of people in a lifecycle stage:

Orientation:
A profile exhibits exploratory behavior or has exhibited exploratory behavior in the past 7 days. -
Comparison
A profile has compared multiple products in the past 7 days. -
Decision
A profile has issued signals that a purchase is being considered in the past 7 days. -
Purchase
A profile has made a purchase in the last 2.
