Based on events or audiences, profiles can be added to customer journeys in which certain actions are taken. When you click on Journeys you will see an overview of all your journeys and it is possible to create a new journey
Overview
In this screen you see an overview of all your journeys and you can take several actions:
- Filtering and search journeys
- Information columns
- See statistics of your journey
- Take actions on a journey
Information columns
- Name: the name of the journey
- In journey: the number of profiles in the journey
- Created: the date when the journey is created
- Status: the status of the journey
Statistics of your journey
Actions journey
You can take several actions:
- Publish: it is possible to publish a journey so that it is live or pause it
- Edit: click edit if you want to edit the journey
- Statistics: in this menu, click on statistics and then the statistics tab next to Overview. You will see the results of the journey here.
- Show users: view contacts triggered in the journey
- Inject customer: add a customer to the journey
- Inject audience: add a audience to your journey
- Copy: copy a journey
- Copy template: copy the template of the journey and import this when you create a new journey
- Reset: reset the journey
- Delete: delete the journey
New journey
To start a new journey, click on the button New journey. Building a journey consists of two parts:
Journey settings
First, you specify a name for the journey. Next, you will see different settings:
Entry targeting

Entry behaviour: With the entry behavior you can determine how often a profile can enter the journey. For the entry behavior you have the following options:

Customers are not allowed to enter this journey again after reaching the goal audience
When profiles have reached the goal node they are not allowed to enter the journey again. -
Customers are only allowed to enter this journey again after leaving the journey
When profiles have left the journey they can join the journey again. -
Customers are always allowed to enter this journey, even if they are currently in this journey
Profiles can enter the journey several times, even if they are already in the journey.

Entry audience: Entry audiences allow you to select one or more audiences as entry audience: Profiles that join the relevant audiences will be added to this journey.
Attention: profiles will only be added to the journey when they are added to the audience, so not when they are already part of the relevant audience.

Entry rules (OR Entry audience)
With entry rules you can add profiles to the journey on the basis of rules. When profiles meet the rules, they are added to this journey.
Exclude targeting
With the exclude targeting you can overrule the include targeting and exclude profiles from joining the journey.

Exclude audience (OR Exclude rules)
With exclude audience, you can select one or more audiences as exclude audience. Profiles that belong to the audience will not be added to this journey (when they meet the entry targeting). -
Exclude rules (OR Exclude audience)
With exclude rules, you can exclude profiles from the journey based on rules. When profiles meet the rules, they are not added to this journey.
Goal audience
The goal audience allows you to add profiles that end up in the goal node to this audience.
The goal audience can be directly synchronized to external channels.
Abort settings
The abort settings allow you to delete profiles from the journey immediately if they meet the settings:

Scheduling
Scheduling feature allows you to periodically insert an audience into the journey:

Inject Audience: Select which Audience should be injected at the beginning of the journey.
- First scheduled moment: Select from what time, and what time for the first time the audience should be injected.

Last scheduled day: Select which day the last injection should take place.
- Interval: Here you determine at what interval the audience should be injected: daily, weekly, monthly and every X days.
New Journey (builder)
A journey consist of:
Entry and exit
The entry node is the starting point of the journey and the exit or goal node is the endpoint.
Actions
In the builder you add in your journey different actions; think of sending email or updating a profile.
Other
Here you set-up conditions to an action, for example, the time before a subsequent action is performed or that an action is performed for a specific profile.
