To check if the trigger has been send to a external platform, go to the 360° Profiles module and find the profile that has reached the email trigger in the journey. Click on Activity, there you will find the automation.
In this example you see that a trigger has been send to Spotler Mail+. Probably to send an email, as a part of a journey.
In this overview you will see the following:
- Created at: the time when the trigger was created
- Contact id: the ID of the profile in question
- Campagin/Journey ID: the ID of the specific journey
- Buffer endtime: the time when the trigger was sent
- Handled: whether the trigger has been handled in Spotler Activate
- Sent: whether the trigger has been sent to the channel
- Channel: the channel that has been triggered
What if the trigger was not sent?
If a trigger to Spotler Mail+ was not sent, the Activity tab of the 360° profile in Spotler Activate shows a message that explains why.
When the profile has reached the publication limits in Spotler Mail+, you see the message Profile hit publication limits, please check publication settings in Mail+. This means Spotler Mail+ declined the message because the profile has reached the limit set in the publication settings in Spotler Mail+.
Publication limits are a setting in Spotler Mail+, not an error in Spotler Activate. To resolve this, open the publication settings in Spotler Mail+ and review the limits. You do not need to contact support for this.
