We're excited to introduce two major updates in Spotler Activate that enhance audience targeting and personalization analysis:

Predictive AI

Spotler Activate offers a powerful tool to improve audience targeting with Predictive AI app. This feature uses predictive models in collaboration with Spotler Activate Pro (formerly known as Cross Engage) to help create audiences based on predicted purchase behaviors and churn risk. It adds a new layer to the targeting strategies already possible in Spotler Activate.

New Personalization Attribution Model

Previously, a conversion was counted across all personalizations a contact had seen. Now the conversion is only attributed to the last personalization viewed. This means that default results might appear lower than before. However, you can still view the previous statistics.

Within your statistics, you can now switch between different attribution models:

  • Last interaction: the conversion is assigned to the last personalization a contact viewed (New default)
  • First interaction: the conversion is assigned to the first personalization a contact viewed
  • Participation: the conversion is counted in all personalizations a contact has seen (previous method).

This new implementation reduces loading times by up to 20 times, enabling faster analysis and quicker insights.
