In October 2026, Spotler Activate released version 6.9.0. It includes a clearer error message for triggers to Spotler Mail+ and 7 bug fixes. Several of these changes were already rolled out during September. No action is required.

Clearer error message for Spotler Mail+ publication limits
Spotler Activate now explains why a trigger to Spotler Mail+ was not sent when a profile has reached its publication limits. This is useful if your journeys send triggers to Spotler Mail+ through the Mail+ connector.
Previously, this situation showed a general error that referred you to support. You now see the message Profile hit publication limits, please check publication settings in Mail+ in the Activity tab of the 360° profile. Because the limit is set in Spotler Mail+, you can resolve it yourself by reviewing the publication settings there.

Bug fixes
- Overlays: overlays display at their intended size on mobile devices again, instead of appearing fullscreen.
- Journey statistics: the journey statistics window shows the correct data again.
- Product details: the product details window shows the category's own ID instead of an internal ID.
- Webhooks: a test send with an invalid raw body shows an "invalid JSON" message instead of a general error.
- Apps: add-on cards on the Apps page are clickable across the whole card, not only on the icon and title.
- GA4 event forwarding: events are forwarded correctly to newer Google Analytics 4 setups again.
- Product Sets: attribution for Product Sets in emails works correctly again when your email tool adds parameters to links.
