This release focuses on improving stability, user experience consistency, and behind-the-scenes performance.
While many updates were technical, you will notice a smoother interface, clearer merchant context, and more detailed troubleshooting information for Journeys. Highlights of this release are:
- Recent profiles in 360° view
- Improved Journey Email Automation error details
- Merchant Switch Indicator with auto-scroll
- Other improvements
Recent profiles in 360° view
A new “Your last visited profiles” section has been added to the 360° profile page. You can now quickly reopen profiles you recently viewed, improving navigation speed and workflow continuity.
Improved Journey Email Automation error details
You will start seeing clearer, more descriptive error messages when Journey emails fail to send. These are visible in the Activity tab within the 360° profile view, making it easier to identify and resolve issues without external debugging.
Merchant Switch Indicator (with auto-scroll)
When switching between merchant accounts, you now see a clear banner at the top of the page (e.g. “You’re switched to Silly Petz (850)”). The page automatically scrolls to this banner, ensuring you are aware of which merchant environment you're in.
Other improvements
- Multi-language countdown templates, enhancing localization and support for multilingual campaigns
- Continued progress on Data Retention per Event (still in development)
- Uniform page headers following the Spotler design
