The Spotler Connect connection allows the backend purchase and products from Magento 2, Shopify, Lightspeed or Shopware to be received in Spotler Activate. To use this connector, you need to have a Spotler Connect account. There you will do the set-up.
After the set-up the following will be available in Spotler Activate:
- Purchase event: backend purchase. It is crucial that the Product ID and Orderid in the backend and frontend purchase match! Coordinate this with Spotler Connect.
- Products: The products can be updated in Spotler Activate via the connection. If you want to use custom product fields, they must first be created in Spotler Activate.
