Connector: Spotler Message

Combine Spotler Activate’s journey builder with Spotler Message’s communication capabilities to create sophisticated, multi-step journeys. With this connector, you can not only send 1-to-1 messages but also deliver personalized mailings to entire audiences at once.

1. Go to the Spotler Message App

  1. Navigate to Apps.
  2. Then click on Spotler Message.

2. Fill in the Settings

Once the settings screen appears, you will see the following window:

Complete the following fields:

  • API Key
    Enter the API key that you created in your Spotler Message account. This key is essential for communication between the platform and Spotler Message.
  • Phone field
    Select the field in your system that contains the phone number of the user. This field is used to send messages via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Fallback Country Code
    Enter the country code (e.g., +31 for the Netherlands). This is used when the phone number in the selected field doesn’t include a country code.
  • Enable WhatsApp / Enable SMS
    Indicate whether you want to enable WhatsApp, SMS, or both communication channels.

Click on Save to store your settings and activate the integration.
